• Delivery may be made in instalments
• You may be charged for failed delivery attempts
• Goods become your responsibility upon delivery

9. Risk and Ownership

• Risk passes to you upon delivery
• Ownership remains with us until full payment is received
• If payment is overdue, we may reclaim the Goods

10. Cancellation and Returns

Right to Cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving a reason.

• Custom-made or personalised items
• Goods mixed inseparably with others

Refunds & Returns

• Refunds include standard delivery costs
• Refunds are processed within 14 days
• Deductions may apply for excessive handling
• Goods must be returned within 14 days at your own cost

11. Conformity of Goods

• Be of satisfactory quality
• Match their description
• Be fit for their intended purpose

12. Assignment and Subcontracting

Either party may transfer the Contract. We remain responsible for subcontractors.

13. Events Beyond Our Control

Neither party will be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Customer rights to cancellation and refunds remain unaffected.
